Our Assistant Maintenance Engineer performs general maintenance duties including, but not limited to, working with small hand tools, painting, wallpaper, tile, carpet, Guest-room-repair calls, finish work and assist Maintenance Engineers with mechanical work.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Ability to complete work orders in the computerized maintenance program
  • Interact with Guests and other Cast Members answering questions, providing directions, event information and other services to create a magical experience for our Guests
  • Schedule Availability - Shifts are typically at night, and individuals must have availability to work Sunday through Saturday, any shift (1st – Day Shift, 2nd – Swing Shift, and 3rd – Graveyard Shift) including holidays, and must be open to any days off
  • Minimum of 1-year previous experience

Additional Information :

Those assigned to this position may be required to complete annual health and safety testing, and compliance training.

The pay rate for this role in California is $28.13 to $34.25 per hour, which follows the pay scale agreed upon in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
