This Program Manager is responsible for directing the daily tasks and ongoing administrative functions of program initiatives adhering to contractual obligations and subsequent reporting. Essential Functions include :

• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion
• Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing or current programs
• Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of programs
• Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes
• Responsible for analyzing bids, assisting in development of WBS / Deliverables / Schedule / Cashflow forecast
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans and performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms / conditions of contract
• Act as primary customer contract for program activities including leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance to ensure seamless execution
• Effectively communicate with all levels of co-workers, senior management, and customer
• Work with functions assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas to identify and assist in areas of improvement for systems and processes
• Travel up to 10% as needed

Qualifications include :

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey state is $104,500-$193,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
