Job Description
As a Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
This position plays a crucial role in creating a positive customer experience by offering exceptional customer service and efficiently managing the front desk operations.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage the dealership's main phone line, answer incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Take messages accurately and relay them promptly to the intended recipient.
- Warmly welcome customers and visitors as they enter the dealership.
- Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the relevant department or team member for further assistance.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times.
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in high-volume call receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test and valid driver license.
Additional Information
Compensation (Hourly) :
- $18.00 / hour
- The Receptionist Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of eighteen dollars an hour* Schedule :

- PART TIME
- Monday - Thursday
- 9am - 5pm
