Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Sales Representative
Position type : Full-Time, Contract to hire
Duration : 3 Month
Location : Shreveport, LA
As a Sales Representative, you will :
Responsible for increasing sales, promoting product awareness and educating clients and key customers on company products.
Major Job Duties :
- Create and execute an effective call plan and manage a regular call rotation.
- Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals and objectives.
- Achieve call and product quota.
- Utilize company samples and promotional materials for maximum impact.
- Record and maintain accurate and timely company records and any applicable reports which may include call reports and call notes.
Education / Experience :
- High school diploma or GED. 5-7 years sales experience.
- Skills and Competencies : Ability to support sales and marketing initiatives, programs and goals through inside sales efforts via telephone, fax, direct mail and internet within a defined geographical territory.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a competent level of customer knowledge, selling skills, and business acumen. Excellent time management skills.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Laptop sales, Taking orders for sales and parts.
- Can help with order numbers, invoices and customers.
- 40lb max lifting
- PPE Provided
- Warehouse is exclusively to pull parts.
Education / Experience :
- HS Diploma / GED
- 5 years experience of professional experience preferred.
- Entry level, no HVAC experience required.
- Retail experience transfers well, so does service industry
- Technology and software savvy
The ideal candidate will have : Inside Sales Experience.

Pay Range* : $18 - $23 Per Hour
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
