Behavioral Health Clinician / Clinical Psychologist – Primary Care

Work Schedule :

100% FTE, days. You may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus. This is a hybrid position. When in person, you will work at 3209 Dryden Dr in Madison, WI.

Working as an independent health care provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to adult patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.

We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician or Clinical Psychologist to :

• Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide brief evidence-based interventions.
• Provide short, but intense follow-up.
• Connect patients to resources.
• Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement.

Education :

If Behavioral Health Clinician :

Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling

If Clinical Psychologist :

Doctor of Philosophy ( or Psychology ( in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.

Work Experience :

If Behavioral Health Clinician :

Two (2) years of experience in a health care environment in a patient / client contact role

If Clinical Psychologist :

One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience

Licenses and Certifications :

If Behavioral Health Clinician :

Relevant license and / or certification or license / certification eligible as a Mental Health provider as required in the State of Wisconsin (.

Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor-LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker-LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LMFT)

If Clinical Psychologist :

Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
