Sodexo is currently seeking a Dietitian Nutritionist 1 at Crestview Health and Rehabilitation Center . Crestview Health and Rehabilitation Center is a state of the art 338 bed facility associated with Grady Health located in Atlanta, GA.

26 of those beds are for sub-acute residents who no longer require intense hospital care, two therapy gyms, an Activities for Daily Living (ADL) suite, a fine dining area, and a separate floor dedicated to short-term rehabilitation.

This position will be in unit and have full order writing privileges . The Dietitian Nutritionist will also collaborate with another Dietitian, Clinical Nutrition Manager and General Manager.

The ideal candidate will :

• Be a Registered Dietitian and / or immediately eligible for state licensure
• Provide nutritional care to residents in the community
• Have experience with electronic charting and the NCP
• Meet DOH / state / federal and company standards.
• Represent the Food & Nutrition Department as the primary liaison with the medical and nursing staff.
• Possess strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working with seniors to make every day a better day for our clients and residents.

Qualifications & Requirements :

Basic Education Requirement :

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1 / 1 / 24 :

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)

Credentials Requirement :

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD / RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.

In some states and / or facilities the RD / RDN credentials is required at the time of hire

Certification / licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and / or facilities state certification / licensure is required at the time of hire
