Requirements :

• 2 years of experience in business process reengineeringand documentation in a professional environment preferably in afinancial discipline.
• Experience with PALMsolution or financialrelated projects.
• Experience performing QA reviews and providing valuablefeedback.
• Experience with mainframeprogramming languages computer systems and supportingsoftware.
• Experience with data conversiontechniques data cleansing approaches and validating datarelationships.
• Experience with UniversalModeling Language (UML) and supporting enterprise tools fordocumenting business processes and data lineage collectingrequirements developing test scripts and managingtraceability.
• Six Sigma certification orsimilar business analysis and engineering certificationspreferred.
• SCRUM Master or Product Ownercertification preferred.
• Government experiencepreferred.

Responsibilities :

• Participate in efforts to define the impact on Departmentcomputing assets from the implementation of PALM standard businessprocess model chart of accounts and PeopleSoft solution.
• Produce deliverables including business process diagramsand narratives business requirements program specifications andsupporting business processes data conversion and technical impactanalyses.
• Use subject matter expertiseindustry methodologies and best practices and automated tools toanalyze and make recommendations on behalf of the Department forrequired changes to complex financialrelated business processes toalign with the PALM solution.
• Detail dataelement inputs and outputs for Department computing assetsinterfacing with Department of Financial Services FLAIR.
• Prepare specifications to communicate Department specificfunctional requirements for the FPST transition efforts and addressdependencies with other interfacing computing assets and externalstakeholder interfaces.

Oversee the development of testingstrategies data scenarios and test plans to ensure functionalrequirements are addressed.

• Assist in thebusiness process redesign and documentation as needed to supportongoing FPST efforts in the enterprise environment.
• Work with functional and enterprise system support staffduring technical assessments of the Departments internalfinancialrelated systems and interfaces from / to the PALMsolution.
• Document business cases andfeasibility studies. Facilitate work sessions to elicit andprioritize remediation requirements.

Identify any functionalityseen as needed but missing in Departmentmaintained systems. Includeanalysis of outstanding remediation requests etc.
