Internship Opportunity
The Resource Group has a robust internship program for Summer 2026 beginning on May 18, 2026. Our program has several positions available for hire. In order to provide the best candidate experience please apply to only one position. Should you be interested in multiple available positions you will be given the opportunity to share that during the interview process.
This is an 80% onsite internship (M-TH onsite with optional work from home Fridays). For this role you must be located within driving distance of a facility in this market for the duration of the internship. Transportation to and from the facility is the responsibility of the intern.

This internship falls within The Resource Group's Change Management Solution. The Change Management Solution sustains value for our Participants through direct end-user engagement, clear communication, and connecting across the organizations we serve through C-suite representation. The associates within Change Management Solution collaborate to elevate resource and supply management 'from the basement to the boardroom' through their range of responsibilities. Throughout the 12-week experience, interns will work on unique personal projects, collaborate with other interns to solve organizational challenges, and learn new business & professional skills.
