Urth Caffé started in 1989 as the first heirloom and organic coffee company in the USA.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, coffee, food service, and leadership. As a manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, motivating teamwork, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise, motivate, lead, and provide for strong, professional teamwork among employees during scheduled shiftsEnsure efficient food production and service in compliance with quality standardsTrain new team membersOversee inventory management and orderingMonitor and maintain cleanliness and organizationHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional mannerControl Profit & LossConduct 5 minutes meeting to communicate to employees about safety, guest service, any food related items, promotions and trainingPrepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.

Send employees on break, observe and provide training for employee’s performance and work productivity.Qualifications : Available to work a flexible schedule (Rotating Shifts)Previous experience in the food industry / restaurant or fast foodAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detailGeneral SafetyComply with all Company Safety PoliciesMust perform physical activities in a variety of environmental conditions that require moderate strength including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling of materials.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.The position requires the ability to lift 25 lbs. Anything over 25 lbs. assistance will be given to you.
