A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist, Senior Consultant.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide full lifecycle acquisition support, including planning, solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award administration
Draft and review acquisition documentation in accordance with FAR and HHS policies
Maintain contract files in eFile and ensure compliance with OAMS SOPDs
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of federal acquisition experience
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility acquisitions
Proficiency with PRISM, UFMS, and other federal acquisition systems
Must meet clearance requirements and complete the required HHS training
FAC-C Level II or III certification is preferred
