Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.Greet and assist visitors and clients with inquiries and information.
Manage and organize office supplies, ensuring inventory is up-to-date.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.Maintain accurate and organized records and databases.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient office environment.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
