Warehouse Associate

Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading / unloading trucks.

Pick, pack, and fulfill orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Conduct regular equipment inspections and adhere to OSHA safety standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.

Assist in packaging and preparing shipments to meet quality requirements.

Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

Follow proper lifting techniques and material handling procedures to prevent injury.

Previous warehouse experience strongly preferred.

Familiarity with WMS or inventory management software is a plus.

Experience operating heavy equipment (e.g., forklifts) in a warehouse setting.

Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices required.

Mechanical aptitude helpful for addressing minor equipment issues.

Background in manufacturing or construction environments is a bonus.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
