Sixt Rent the Car, a Tom Wood company, located at the Indianapolis airport, is searching for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate willpossess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling.
- Provide excellent customer service, and represent the company and brand with professionalism at all times.
- Process payments, invoices, and other paperwork associated with our rental services
- Address concerns or issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Communicate effectively with customers, and peers both verbally and in writing
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using computer software
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with customers who are travelling
- MUST have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
