What We’re Offering :
- Competitive Pay : Earn up to $45 / hr on W-2.
- Contract Length : 6+ month contract with potential to hire.

Preferred Skills and Competencies :
- Strong Analysis Skills : Expertise in process, capacity, cost / benefit, waste stream, and quality tools.
- Lean Manufacturing Techniques : Proficiency in flow, PQ (Productivity and Quality), equipment reliability, and setup reduction.
- Equipment Implementation : End-to-end knowledge in design, specification, purchase, and installation of new equipment.
- Project Management : Proven ability to lead significant product, process, or corporate change initiatives.
- Technical Education : 4-year technical degree or equivalent education to understand and apply advanced manufacturing and engineering concepts.
