Position : Structural Design Engineer - Buildings
Location : Charlotte or Raleigh
Terms : Full-Time
Metric Geo are working exclusively with an established AEC firm that are looking to expand their structural engineering design team.

Responsibilities :
- Complete design projects in accordance with building codes and construction practices
- Design entire projects, systems, components, or processes, and prepare related documents, engineering analyses, and reports
- Collaborate with a multi-discipline team to complete building design from conception to completion
- Provide technical guidance and delegate tasks to junior staff
- Perform additional duties as assigned and within the scope of practice
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Professional Engineer (PE)
- Contributing to key aspects of major projects or managing multiple mid-sized projects
- Knowledge of building codes and structural engineering design standards
- Proficient with Revit design
