About The Position
Job Title : Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty : Nuclear Medicine Job Duration : 6 Months Shift : Monday-Friday, 07 : 30-16 : 00 Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Two years of full-time experience in clinical nuclear medicine technology preferred;
One year experience in nuclear cardiology required. License : Nuclear Medicine Technologist California license required.
Certifications : ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required; Basic Life Support certification required and must be maintained.
Must-Have : Expertise in dealing with age-specific population. Job Description : Perform usual hospital imaging procedures using analog and digital computers.
- Prepare radiopharmaceuticals as required.- Demonstrate proficiency in nuclear cardiology.- Work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.- Provide high-quality patient care and follow safety protocols.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures.This position does not require on-call duty, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Candidates must have completed a two-year ARRT nuclear medicine program and possess the required certifications and licenses.
