Senior Procurement Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr. Procurement Specialist to assist in procurement and supplier management for client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Research and analyze the supply base to enhance service levels and implement supplier consolidation

Develop bid packages and manage RFP activities, including facilitating supplier communications

Evaluate supplier proposals and ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree is a plus

Experience in Facilities Management / Indirect Procurement or equivalent

Familiarity with legal aspects of contracting and ability to interpret contracts

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations

Strong understanding of Strategic Sourcing processes and e-tools
