Location : Commerce, GA
Salary Range : $120,000 – $140,000
Job Summary :
The Plant Engineer will provide engineering and technical support in various areas to ensure the safety, efficiency, and quality of processes, equipment, and products within the facility.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure effective execution of the facilities capital investment plan & budget annually
- Develop and maintain the capital project forecast
- Implement and manage multiple simultaneous projects exceeding $1,000,000
- Monitor, track, and report project critical success factors
- Participate in Factory Mutual audits and inspections
- Develop policy compliance auditing methods
- Recommend and approve equipment, modifications, vendors, and contractors
- Set objectives and priorities for projects and maintenance work
- Approve operation and maintenance procedures
- Responsible for HSMS element related to change management for CAPEX
- Coach and mentor engineers on project execution
- Perform physical activities and coordination as required
