Job Type Part-time, Temporary Description

Beacon Hill Club is looking for Part-Time and Seasonal candidates who are passionate about providing excellent service and enjoy working with people.

We strive to personalize the dining experience by creating a rapport with membership and providing first-class service in a friendly and efficient manner.

The Food & Beverage Server is responsible for meeting the needs of members and guests in a prompt and professional manner upon arrival and throughout their dining experience at the Club.

Job Tasks and Duties :

• Seat guests, present menus, and make recommendations regarding food and drink
• Take food and beverage orders from members and guests and answer questions
• Greet and continually check-in to ensure member and guest satisfaction
• Place all orders into the Point of Sale system accurately
• Perform light cleaning duties such as trash removal in the kitchen and dining room area
• Promptly bus and reset tables and chairs in a timely manner
• Assist with restocking and replenishment of inventory and supplies when needed
• Participate in training sessions, as required
• Assist Clubhouse Manager and Assistant Clubhouse Manager with other duties, as requested

Requirements :

• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times
• Availability to work weekdays and weekends
• Ability to multi-task while taking care of guests needs and maintaining composure
• Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset

Education and Experience :

At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferred, but not required

Physical Demands and Work Environment :

• Walking and standing for extended periods of time
• Lifting, carrying and pushing / pulling equipment and supplies weighing up to 30lbs.
• Exposure to adverse weather conditions
