We are seeking a Project Manager to join our high-performing Restaurant group in either Irvine or San Diego. This is a pivotal hire for us, offering a fast-track leadership opportunity for a driven architectural professional looking to make an impact.

Hiring : Architectural Project Manager

Locations : Irvine | San Diego

Project Exp : Restaurants

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the architectural design and project delivery process across all phases – from conceptual design through construction administration.
  • Manage client relationships, ensure project objectives and deadlines are met, and maintain design integrity and quality standards.
  • Direct and mentor junior staff, delegating tasks and overseeing documentation, detailing, and coordination with consultants.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to manage project budgets, timelines, and approvals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client presentations and jurisdictional reviews.

Project Experience :

  • Restaurants project experience (key / mandatory)

    • Pluses / Nice to Have :

  • Hospitality projects : including hotels / entertainment
  • Grocery Stores : supermarkets, or food retail design

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural project management, including client-facing responsibilities
  • Strong technical knowledge of building codes, construction documentation, and permitting processes
  • Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
