Labcorp’s Leadership Development Rotational Program offers young professionals the opportunity to expand their leadership potential beyond traditional course work or day-to-day roles.

For this program we are looking for individuals who :

Are motivated and driven self-starters with a passion for people and making a difference.

Have successfully driven projects from concept to realization.

Are comfortable working in ambiguity, willing to push yourself through concepts that are unfamiliar to you.

Have previous experience working in a health-focused field.

Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are comfortable working in a matrixed, global environment.

Have an interest in leadership and a desire to develop others.

The goal of both programs is that at the end, you will be placed into a role that aligns with business needs as well as your personal interests, leading to a rewarding leadership role with Labcorp!

Leadership Development Rotational Program

Length of the Program : 2-4 years, depending on skills and experience

Location : Primarily remote, with occasional site-based opportunities, (typically in North Carolina, Wisconsin, or Indiana);

Domestic and international travel as needed

Types of Roles :

Rotations will provide the opportunity to explore separate areas of the organization where you can bring your unique skills to solve our broader business challenges and build your network and organizational acumen.

Rotations could take place anywhere in our business, giving you the flexibility to learn across our business units. Many previous rotations have been in Strategy, Operations, Program Management Process Excellence, Commercial, and Corporate Services.

Responsibilities :

Contributing to projects defined by specific charters, designed to tackle some of our toughest business challenges across our diagnostics and biopharma lab services organizations.

Leading and managing people and projects

Demonstrating your strong analytical and project management skills

A combination of executing the daily tasks in your respective department and completing your rotation assignment as defined each year in your project charter.

Prior Experience : At MINIMUM :

At MINIMUM :

A Master’s degree (MBA, PharmD, and / or Ph.D. preferred), with an emphasis in science or healthcare

3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for 5 years or more.

Previous experience in people leadership, project management, process improvement, strategy, consulting, and / or banking is preferred

Pay Range : $110 - 150K / yr

Benefits : All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees / certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including : Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD / LTD, 401(K), ESPP, Paid time off (PTO) or Flexible time off (FTO), Commissions, and Company bonus where applicable.
