Position : Busser / Food Runner
What you'll bring :

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high-volume restaurant setting.

What you'll do :
- Clear and clean tables after each guest leaves, including dishware, tabletop, chairs, booths, and floor.
- Reset the table quickly for the next guest.
- Have an understanding of the menu and bring dishes out with poise and accuracy.
- Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Handle spontaneous requests gracefully and confidently.
- Have familiarity with Toast POS systems and proficiency in using Resy or similar digital / online reservation platforms.
- Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays.
- Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
