As a Pneumatics ACM / Starter Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing aircraft air cycle machines (ACMs) and pneumatic starter systems. This position requires knowledge of pneumatic systems, precision measuring tools, and repair manuals. The technician will work closely with engineers, inspectors, and other technicians to ensure all work meets FAA and company quality standards.

Daily tasks include diagnosing failures, performing repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications, documenting work performed, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Candidates must be comfortable working in a production environment and adhering to safety and regulatory compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures and perform repairs on ACMs and pneumatic starter systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Document work performed and maintain an organized workstation.
• Partner with engineers, inspectors, and other technicians to ensure FAA and company quality standards are met.
