Responsibilities

  • Use AI technology to create marketing campaigns, analyze client needs, and identify sales opportunities
  • Build strong business relationships through phone, email, and digital channels
  • Act as a purchasing agent, helping members buy and sell on trade using AI insights
  • Handle customer requests and deliver AI-powered solutions to grow their business
  • Make proactive (non-cold) outreach calls to current clients, supported by AI-driven lead recommendations
  • Promote and market member businesses using digital + AI-driven strategies
  • Manage multiple projects, campaigns, and priorities with efficiency

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity and excitement about AI tools in business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (AI marketing tools a plus)
  • 2+ years of college preferred
  • Positive, enthusiastic, self-confident personality
