Description
- Oversee multiple construction projects end-to-end
- Manage project teams including superintendents, architects, engineers, subcontractors
- Handle bidding, evaluating pricing and scheduling
- Plan and oversee self-performed trade work like concrete, masonry, carpentry
- Negotiate subcontracts
- Assist with estimating
- Manage project contracts and negotiations
- Lead project scheduling, progress meetings, change orders
- Collaborate with superintendents on jobsite safety and quality control
- Monitor project profitability and reporting
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software, including scheduling and estimating tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Job Offer
- Salary range of $110K - $125K, depending on experience
- Option for 1 / 2 days remote work per week
- 3-4 weeks paid time off, depending on experience
- Car allowance or mileage reimbursement
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage (85 / 15 split)
- Discretionary bonus of 7-10%
