Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal , a well-established multi-specialty surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, is seeking a Colon & Rectal Surgeon to join their thriving practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, physician-led environment with flexibility and autonomy to build your own surgical volume.

Position Highlights

Employment : 1099 Independent Contractor or W2 Employed with Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal

Scope : Mix of Colon & Rectal Surgery and General Surgery

Procedures : Advanced robotic (da Vinci) and laparoscopic surgery required

Clinic Hours : MondayFriday, 9 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM, with flexibility in clinic and OR scheduling

Call : 1 in 3 (negotiable) group and ER call responsibilities

Environment : Well-established practice with autonomy to grow your patient base

Compensation & Benefits

Income guarantee : $350,000 in the first year + productivity bonus based on collections

Year 2 onward : Productivity-based compensation model
