Job Description : Will work in the Washington Office

Support active and dynamic core office team including the Senior Vice President - Global Thought Leadership, Vice President - Thought Leadership, Vice President - International, and Strategy / Operations staff with a variety of duties and tasks including :

Assist team leadership with potential content research, presentation development, or any other project management needs they might have.

Support the GTL communications team with communications project plans, social tool kits, maintaining editorial calendars, supporting our website content development process, and helping to manage sharing updates, content, and insights through internal communications channels.

Aid with event management coordinating and / or supporting collateral and event logistics as needed.

Supporting internal team meetings including drafting meeting minutes and ensuring action times are clearly document, other needed notetaking, calendar updates and maintenance, and team communications (via MS TEAMS platform).

Compile briefing books and related documents for events, speaking engagements, and trips.

Complete administrative support tasks including drafting correspondence (letter, email, etc.), electronic filing of documents, database inputs and management.

Other project management and administrative tasks in support of the team as needed.

Requirements

years Previous Project Management experience

Proficiency with MS Office
