About The Position
Job Title : Registered Nurse Job Specialty : Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) Level III, IV Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 3x12-Hour (07 : 00 - 19 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Information not provided Experience : 2 to 3 years of Level III NICU experience License : Registered Nurse License Certifications : Information not provided Must-Have : Must be willing to work every other weekend and 2 out of 3 winter holidays;
flexible schedules to accommodate the unit; 50-mile travel radius. Job Description : Provide specialized nursing care for critically ill newborns in a high-acuity NICU setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.- Utilize advanced medical technology to monitor and assist with the health and development of infants.
- Educate and support families through the care process, addressing any questions or concerns.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NICU procedures and practices, and participate in ongoing training and module completion.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the unit.- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.
