Staff Engineer, Power Analysis

Tenstorrent is seeking an experienced Senior Power Analysis Engineer to drive power-efficient SoC designs across our family of CPU and AI products. This role spans the entire product lifecycle—from early architecture estimation through post-silicon optimization—ensuring industry-leading performance per watt. This role ishybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX, or Fort Collins, CO.

What You Will Learn

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
