Customer Support Specialist

Access Data supports a large national bank with an office in the South Denver area.

Position is one site 5 days a week

Job Summary :

Access Data is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide excellent support to internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle financial transactions with a high level of accuracy.

Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to financial transactions and technical assistance requests.
  • Track and manage cases through the company's case tracking system.
  • Process financial transactions and prepare specialized customer reports.
  • Execute audit confirmations and leasing contract calculations as required.
  • Serve as Mission Critical Personnel for business continuity and staffing adjustments.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

Basic Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of customer-facing experience (preferred in banking or financial services).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to solve problems and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with Salesforce and AWS (highly desirable).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Availability during holidays (recognized holidays will be observed).

  • Candidates should have reliable transportation.
  • Availability around the holidays is required (recognized holidays off only).
  • Preference for candidates with direct customer interaction experience (not solely data entry).
