Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) who are looking for a flexible schedule.

As a CNA at Always Best Care, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive and personalized care, ensuring the overall well-being and comfort of our residents.

Responsibilities :

• Deliver compassionate assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, providing our residents with the highest level of care
• Monitor and promptly report any changes in residents' physical and mental health to the supervising nurse, ensuring their well-being is always prioritized
• Provide invaluable emotional support and engage residents in a variety of recreational activities to enhance their overall well-being and quality of life
• Observe and meticulously record residents' vital signs, promptly alerting the nurse of any irregularities to ensure their health is closely monitored
• Maintain clean and organized living spaces for our cherished residents, going above and beyond to create a comfortable and welcoming environment
• Adhere strictly to safety and infection control protocols, ensuring the highest standard of health and safety for our residents
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences, ensuring their individuality is respected and supported

Requirements :

• Hold a valid CNA certification from an accredited program, demonstrating your expertise in providing exceptional care
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare or senior care facility, showcasing your dedication and understanding of the needs of our residents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build meaningful connections with both residents and fellow team members
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring our residents receive the care they need whenever they need it
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, allowing you to assist residents with ease and safety
• Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check and drug screening, ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents
