Job Title : Machine Operator
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will work on the production floor operating Plastic Injection and other machines, deburring parts, and assembling plastic components used in Aerospace.
You will follow work orders and document all findings. The role involves using various hand tools to deburr and clean off flashes, loading molds with plastic powder, and lifting up to 40-50 lbs consistently.
Responsibilities
- Operate Plastic Injection and other machines on the production floor.
- Deburr parts and clean off flashes using various hand tools.
- Assemble plastic parts used in Aerospace.
- Follow work orders and document all findings.
- Load molds with plastic powder and lift up to 40-50 lbs consistently.
- Work with rotational molds, including nylon and polyethylene, to build parts in sizes from 3 and up to 10 lbs.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of machine operation experience.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Experience with hand tools, machine operation, inspection, plastic injection molding, and trimming.

The work environment includes clean work benches and a climate-controlled facility. The dress code is casual. The position operates on the 1st shift from 7am to 3 : 30pm, Monday to Friday, with a flexible start time possible up to 9am.
