Leading General Contractor is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage a wide range of retail construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Retail / Commercial Tenant Improvement and / or Ground-Up construction, with a focus on projects such as Retail Stores, High-end Retail, Restaurants, Fast Food (QSR), Big Box, Gas Stations, Storage Facilities, and Shopping Centers.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors, site crews, and all daily operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee site safety, quality control, and logistics, ensuring strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates to project stakeholders.
- Identify, address, and resolve any challenges on-site, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.
- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, specializing in Retail or Commercial construction.
- Proven experience managing projects in Retail, Restaurants, Fast Food (QSR), or Commercial buildings.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
- Experience supervising crews and coordinating with multiple subcontractors.
