Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher Assistant at 123 Baby Talks. The Teacher Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities in the classroom, assisting the lead teacher with lesson plans, facilitating activities, and providing one-on-one support to children.
The Teacher Assistant will also assist with maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Assistant Teaching and Education skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with children
- Basic knowledge of mathematics
- Ability to work collaboratively with the lead teacher
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic classroom setting
- Experience with special needs children is a plus
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
- Must be willing to undergo comprehensive background checking and fingerprinting.
