This is a hybrid position in Cupertino, CA. Monday / Friday Remote; Tues, Wed, Thurs On-site
Join our Supply Demand Management team to support our expansion, aligning with the company’s rapid growth. In this role, you will craft and execute comprehensive supply and demand strategies for various product lines, serving over 80 markets worldwide.
Responsibilities :
- Develop weekly and quarterly supply plans to achieve financial goals, assessing and mitigating risks.
- Daily analysis of product sales to pinpoint opportunities and drive actionable strategies with partner groups.
- Collaborate with regional planning and marketing teams to align supply with sales forecasts and new product launches.
- Work with global procurement to manage component allocations, maintain inventory levels, and reduce material waste during product transitions.
- Regularly present updates and strategic recommendations to the executive management team.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the product planning process.
Key Qualifications :
- Strong analytical skills combined with business acumen and leadership qualities.
- Effective at influencing within a matrix organization and a proven communicator.
- Comfortable with high-level presentations to executive management.
Education & Experience :
- MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Background in quantitative analysis, ideally in finance or consulting.
- Experience in product planning, inventory management, or production operations is beneficial.
Additional Requirements :
- Strategic thinker with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing complex data and comfortable making decisions based on quantitative analysis.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $65 to $70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
