Overview

The Structural Engineer will ensure accurate, complete, and timely communication of information to and from clients and staff. Will be required to perform structural design and analysis for a wide range of building projects. Tasked with ensuring the preparation of accurate and complete work products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design of building systems in compliance with applicable codes, standards and regulations.
  • Prepare, examine, and stamp engineering plans, specifications and calculations.
  • Conduct site inspections and interacting with contractors and staff.
  • Coordinate project assignments and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in Structural Engineering in the state of California required, SE license preferred
  • 10+ years' of relevant experience ideally with a focus in the oil and gas industry
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry highly desired
  • Ability to produce drawings, layouts, sketches, maps, and graphics with SAP, Bluebeam, CAD or Revit
  • Excellent technical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on several projects concurrently
