Position Description

Service Delivery Manager for Data Center, Mainframe Operations Location Fort Knox, KY # of openings 1 Security Clearance Secret

Iron Bow is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Data Center, Mainframe Operations, and Service Monitoring / Recovery to support a large enterprise program serving the US Army Human Resources Command.

This position will focus on keeping the customer satisfied with our service and ensure all our commitments are met.

The SDM for Data Center, Mainframe Operations, and Service Monitoring / Recovery shall provide oversight of Contractor performance and service delivery relating to the Data Center Support and Mainframe Operations Services, IT Service Monitoring and Reporting Services, Hosted Customer Support Services, and the Continuity of Operations (COOP) / Disaster Recovery (DR) Support Services service lines.

The SDM shall also act as an escalation point for, and provide oversight of, the Contractors performing work in these service lines.

• A qualified Contractor must possess : a minimum of five (5) years of experience building and operating a large Data Center environment, to include coordinating facility and environmental support services;
• a minimum of five (5) years of experience building and integrating a 24x7x365 monitoring and response cell, such as a Services Monitoring Center (SMC) and / or Network Operations Center (NOC), as well as building and integrating associated service monitoring tools;

and demonstrates a work history of successfully designing and implementing enterprise-level IT monitoring teams and tools on behalf on IT service delivery organization, to include experience in recovering systems from degradation and outages.

Minimum Qualifications :

possess and sustain a project management certification from an industry-recognized certification authority such as PMI;

possess the required IA and CE certifications for the assigned role.

• Certified to at least Information Assurance Technical (IAT) - II level
• Secret Clearance required.
• Regular, reliable attendance is required.

Senior level position must possess a professional level or master-level certification which adheres to IA / CE standards and is directly associated to the technologies they are supporting.
