Position Summary

As Veoci continues to expand, we are seeking talented Account Managers to join our team and support our customers.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and an order of magnitude growth over five years for the Veoci foot print at an organization.

Ideal candidates will have a business mindset with excellent listening skills who will understand the customer’s culture and their priorities.

The expected range of the portfolio will be around five large customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the relationship with Veoci’s largest, most strategic accounts.
  • Establish relationships with appropriate customer C-suite executives, including CIOs,
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as needed
  • Continuously monitor account performance
  • Work with Veoci technical expertise and leadership for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for the customer and be able to coordinate internal efforts to resolve issues, including managing the responsibilities of internal stakeholders.
  • Understand clients’ organization, business needs, objectives, and challenges as well as how they utilize the Veoci platform to provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.
  • Identify and pursue applications on Veoci No-Code solutions.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account, providing insights to senior management as needed and assist with high severity requests or issue escalations, as needed.
  • Manage contract negotiations for upsells and renewals,
  • Travel to meet with clients, as needed, and attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and engage with customers.
  • Consistently demonstrate, at an in-depth level, knowledge of Veoci’s value and methodology.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in the use or support of Tech Products & Applications in one of the following industries : Enterprise, Aviation, Higher Ed, Government.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and account success.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Ability to quickly understand customer business processes and needs; assess the current state and formulate and execute plans to achieve the desired goals.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and high-growth environment, demonstrated willingness to jump in where needed and flexibility to shift priorities;

quickly assimilate information and work with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in handling complex client situations, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze client data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve account performance.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think strategically and address client challenges effectively.

Physical Requirements & Compensation

Veoci offers remote work flexibility and this role has the option to be remote or hybrid, with a strong preference for the candidate to be onsite 2-3 days a week in the New Haven, CT office.

While this role has the option to be remote, it will require travel 20% of the time for customer visits, trade shows, and team / company meetings.

The wage range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 plus benefits. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
