We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager / Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have worked in a Law Firm or Corporate environment of more than 50 employees and be responsible for managing all aspects of our HR function and office administration, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
The Human Resources Manager will also oversee the implementation and maintenance of our HR Information System (HRIS) and develop strategies to ensure the company's compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the HR function, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of our HR Information System (HRIS).
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Source and manage a diverse pool of candidates using various recruitment channels and tools.
- Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage job postings, resumes, and interview schedules.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for job openings.
- Develop and manage employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage employee conflicts and develop strategies to improve employee relations.
- Develop and implement performance management processes to improve employee performance and engagement.
- Develop and manage budgets related to HR initiatives and programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
- Provide HR support and guidance to management and employees.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing and recruitment best practices.
- Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong conflict management and interviewing skills.
- Experience with Bamboo, ADP, or similar HR software.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
