Campaign Marketing Specialist (CAMPA43758)

We're seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Campaign Marketing Specialist with 5-7 years of experience to join the marketing team.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Build and execute marketing campaigns for new sales across multiple channels and tactics, including email marketing, advertising, content and collateral, social media, and video.
- Manage and optimize marketing technology, including Salesforce, Account Engagement, ZoomInfo, Reach Desk, and marketing automation platforms.
- Write blogs, articles, emails, sales brochures, and other communications materials.
- Create, monitor, and report on email marketing campaigns.
- Manage Sales CRM and marketing database, ensuring quality data.
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for engaging campaigns.
- Other activities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a marketing or advertising agency.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammar, and proofing skills.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective marketing content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Expert using Salesforce and Account Engagement preferred.
- Proficiency in using marketing software and tools (Marketing Automation Platforms, CRMs, email marketing software, social media) and MS Office programs.
- Knowledge of ZoomInfo is a plus.
Pay, Perks, and Benefits
