Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Addison

Our Addison client is looking for an energetic and professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team!!
We are partnering with their corporate office in order to identify Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their Contact Center and New Business Department! In this role, you will work directly with future and current Independent Agents in order to ensure and maintain compliance with their life insurance licensing.
This role will require a very high attention to detail within a fast-paced environment. You will be assisting clients via phone, email and chat.

Job Description :
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Answer emails and chat with efficiency
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different types of calls
- Engage with field offices
- Continuously monitor appointment paperwork and proactively solve issues.
- Process paperwork quickly and efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 1-year of experience in a call center or similar work environment
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High energy and excellent attitude
- Team environment
- Organized, self-starter; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
