What You Need :
- Fully licensed SW or MSW Limited License or Licensed Counselor
- LCSW or LCPC
- State Social Worker License
- Master s Degree in Social Work
Details about the position :
- Full time role open
- 05 / 2024 EOSY
- Will likely renew for next school year
- Caseload : ???????
- Support for a couple of schools in the district
- Prefer candidates with School's experience
Job duties include, but are not limited to :
- Provide social and emotional support to students, helping them navigate personal and academic challenges
- Conduct assessments to identify students' social and emotional needs
- Develop and implement intervention plans to address student concerns and promote well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive school environment
- Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing issues such as behavior, mental health, and social skills
- Connect students and families with community resources and services as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress
