Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned areas including the supervision of departmental employees.
  • Collaborates with the administrative team on strategic development for all operational activities and ensures that appropriate strategies are aligned with institutional objectives.
  • Purchase order management. Ensure streamlined and standardized processes, eliminate redundancies and ensure sound financial stewardship of space, equipment and expenditures.

Partner with research finance team and administration to manage research budgets.

  • Develop and maintain collaborative partnerships. Act as a liaison between key resources on campus that support research.
  • Compliance monitor - Oversee internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards, operational best practices, and to identify potential risks
  • Management activity will occur on multiple sites throughout campus
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Position is contingent on funding.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Arts, and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
