Job Description :

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Pediatric Telephone Triage Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide phone-based clinical support to pediatric patients and their families by assessing symptoms, offering medical guidance based on established protocols, and coordinating appropriate care. Responsibilities include documenting calls, scheduling appointments, and communicating with providers to ensure timely and accurate patient care. Strong communication skills, pediatric experience, and a calm, professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications :

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred

Experience in pediatrics and / or telephone triage preferred

Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills

Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
