- Care for patients with common diagnoses, including lymphoma, leukemia, pancytopenia, anemia, post-urology surgeries, and renal conditions requiring peritoneal dialysis.
- Deliver healthcare services to oncology / hematology patients admitted for blood transfusions, chemotherapy, or symptom management.
- Provide post-operative care for urological surgeries, including TURPs, prostatectomies, nephrectomies, and cystectomies.
- Offer care to renal patients, including peritoneal dialysis. - Cater to overflow medical and surgical patients hospital-wide.
- Monitor cardiac telemetry as required for patients. - Serve young adults through late adult ages (18 - 60+). - Maintain Nurse to Patient ratios : Renal Medical 1 : 6, Medical Oncology 1 : 4.
- Core staffing to include RNs, LPNs, Patient Care Technicians, and Nurse Interns, with RN assuming full patient responsibility.
