Job Details :
Pay : $ 2480 per week
Travel : Speech Language Pathologist
Position Open : 1
Duration : 13 weeks
Shift : Time to Report : 800 AM
Weekend Hours : PTA ( Fri - Tues schedule is ideal), OT and SLP weekend rotation every 2-3 weekends
Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 - 40
Facility Setting? CARF accredited ARU within hospital; 20 beds, but we will fill 16 beds
Float Requirements : None
Number of Beds : 52
Patient Ratios : 4-5 patients per day. 6 hours of treatment time per day
EHR : Cerner
Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc. : TBI, SCI, Ortho Trauma
Scrub Color : No requirement
Requirements :
Active Unrestricted CA License
BLS certification - required
Preferred Skillset / Experience : 2 years Acute Rehab or Acute Care
Must Have Skills / Experience : Acute Rehab or Acute Care
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
