The Role :

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can lead with creativity, drive impactful design solutions, and elevate our product design to new heights.

How You Will Make an Impact :

• Problem-Solving Mastery : Tackle complex design challenges, by translating abstract payroll-related decisions and actions into user-friendly solutions, delivering a superior, best-in-class user experience.
• Expert Design Execution : Create detailed mockups and immersive prototypes, leveraging tools such as Figma and Sketch to demonstrate interactions, transitions and workflows.
• Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize insights from research and analytics to inform and justify your design choices.
• Collaborative Leadership : Guide and mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Content Design, to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with DailyPay's brand and user experience.
• Strategic Influence : Work closely with Product Managers to shape product roadmaps and contribute significantly to project outcomes and business metrics.
• Culture Contribution : Play a key role in cultivating our team and company culture, bringing a positive influence and commitment to our innovative environment.

What You Bring to The Team :

Experienced Designer : Have at least 3 years of experience in Product or UX Design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital products, especially B2B SaaS web applications.

Experience with mobile apps is a plus.

• Skilled Communicator : Able to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design principles.
• Growth-Oriented : Embodying a blend of curiosity and humility, with a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Leadership Skills : While your primary focus is on design, your ability to guide and influence others is a valued aspect of your role.
• Technically Proficient : Comfortable with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and others, and understand the importance of responsive design and accessibility best practices.

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area.

The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options.

Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
