Position Details :
- Hours : Full-time
- 24-25 School Year
Responsibilities :
- Perform prehensive assessments to evaluate clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Deliver client-centered occupational therapy services, focusing on enhancing functional abilities and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation of client progress, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic strategies.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current Michigan licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated mitment to ongoing professional development.
