The Administrative Assistant works directly with the varied departments and office staff in support of sales, administrative, and customer service functions.
The Administrative Assistant will be answering phones and responding to emailed support requests. These roles require entering information into company databases, so the ideal candidate must be tech-savvy and have strong attention to detail.
The Administrative Assistant also receives and direct visitors, manages correspondence, and is responsible for records maintenance, including filing, scanning, and faxing.
