About the role

As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient processing of inbound materials and refuse of various forms through Reworld's industrial disposal process.

Position Responsibilities :

• Out on site working with heavy equipment such as : forklift, track hoe, skid steer, vacuum truck, tanker truck, roll-off truck, walking floor trailer, pressure washer, material handling equipment, and various hand tools
• Follow defined industrial and manufacturing good housekeeping practices at all Reworld facilities and within assigned work areas
• Exterior site remediation which includes soil excavation, grading, and backfilling
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment / materials required for projects (includes lifting and carrying equipment / materials, as needed).
• Traffic Control for incoming / outgoing traffic
• Additional duties as assigned to ensure safe and efficient facility operations

Position Requirements & Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• A minimum of 1 year experience operating industrial equipment
• Typical day shift Monday-Friday, weekend work and off hours when needed by facility

• Qualify to wear a full-face respirator
